"I have an 8oz jar of Marmite with a 46p price tag on it. What date do you think that would have been from Thanks" Caroline Ellis 21/02/2021
"Hi Caroline,
It is going to be from 1975 to 1976. According to Shaw's retail price guide for June 1975 an 8oz jar of Marmite cost 45p. The guide was for small shops. Tesco might have been cheaper. So I would say 1975-1976.
Best regards" Steven 21/02/2021
