Eastbourne in the 60s
Eastbourne is a well frequented seaside town on the South Coast. Despite being mainly Victorian and Edwardian, there are a few sixties buildings, such as the Congress Theatre, left.
We had a rather nice meal at the Taurus Restaurant in Terminus Road a few years ago, sadly it's no longer there. The decor was very retro, and so was the menu. They had an old fashioned dessert trolley. Does anyone else remember eating there?
