OK folks, I need your help. I'm in quite a pickle and I need the advice of my good Heartbeaters to see me through. (Heartbeat related, even though it's in General) (-ish)

Last December I was fortunate enough to win three wonderful series of Heartbeat recorded from ITV3 from a marvellous eBay seller. The series in question were 3, 4 and 5. The seller assured me that soon he would have series 1, 2 and 6. The more the merrier.

What were they like? BRILLIANT, is all I can say. Beautifully edited, no adverts but opening and end credits intact - just like a real DVD - and to cap it all, each came in a beautifully presented box with the cover of 'Heartbeat Chronicles' slightly edited with Series # written under 'Heartbeat'.

It was as if the series had been officially released. I could not have asked for better. The seller assured me series 2 and 6 would be up "after Christmas" (I have a saved e-mail from January 10th saying they would be up in "a week or two") but so far there has been no sign of any action. Lately he has stopped selling items on eBay altogether and all attempts at contacting him have ended in failure. He seems like a great chap in the e-mails he's sent me in the past so I refuse to believe he's ignoring me. I first got in contact with him asking if there was any chance we could do private business together regarding Heartbeat so he must know how keen I am to acquire more series.

I am a little lost as to what to do next. Any suggestions? Has anyone bought from him before?
